Edition Two – The Farmer’s Table at Dunmore
Join us at Dunmore for the second edition of The Farmer’s Table — a fireside feast unfolding slowly over the afternoon. Begin outdoors with drinks and bites by the flames, before gathering in the shearing shed for a generous long table meal that honours winter produce, considered simplicity, and warm company.

Created in collaboration with Paul Koulis of Pavlos, the menu draws on Mediterranean traditions and the rhythm of our region — cooked over coals, served to share, and paired with wines from nearby makers.

The setting will be styled by Felicity of Everlasting Floral Studio, using botanicals and foliage grown on her farm in nearby Lurg. Expect something earthy, seasonal and beautifully unfussy.
