Shipping Policy for Everlasting Floral Studio

Processing Time:

• All orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. If your order is custom made please allow 14 days.

Shipping Rates:

• Flat-rate shipping across Australia. $15

• Express shipping options available at an additional cost.

Delivery Times:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within Australia.

• Express shipping: 1–3 business days within Australia.

(Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.)

Local Pickup:

• Free local pickup is available from Upper Lurg or Benalla. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we will arrange a suitable time. A small delivery fee of $6 will be included 

Packaging:

• We prioritize eco-friendly packaging. Your dried flowers will be securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns and Refunds:

• Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
