Are these real flowers?
Yes. They're real flowers, grown and dried by hand on our farm in North East Victoria. No fake or artificial materials.

Do you dip them in dyes or anything to preserve them?
No. We don't dye, preserve, or chemically treat our flowers. They're naturally dried by air, which is what keeps their colour and shape without anything artificial.

Where do you source your flowers from?
Nearly all of our flowers are grown right here on our own farm in North East Victoria. From seed to finished piece, it's all done by hand.

How long do they last?
Years, if looked after. They're naturally dried, not preserved with chemicals, so they keep their colour and shape for a long time — no watering, no wilting.

Do I need to do anything to look after them?
Not really. Just keep them out of direct sunlight and away from damp areas, and they'll last.

Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Add your card message and any gift wrapping notes at checkout before you order.

Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes. We ship Australia wide with $12 flat rate shipping. Shipping to Tasmania and WA is possible too, but please message us first as biosecurity restrictions may apply.

How long does shipping take?
Most pieces are handmade to order, so please allow 3–4 days to make your piece, plus 5–7 days for shipping. If you need something urgently, let us know and we'll do our best to prioritise it.

Can I choose which colours or flowers are in my order?
Each piece is made by hand, so no two are exactly the same. You can choose the sentiment or colourway listed on the product, but the exact flowers may vary slightly.

What if I'm not sure what to choose?
DM me. I'm happy to help you pick the right gift for the person and the moment.

What's your returns policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase, get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll guide you through a return or exchange. Items need to be in their original condition and packaging. We can't accept returns on custom or personalised pieces, but we're happy to talk through any issues. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
