Conditions of Entry — Everlasting Flower Project
- Who can enter. Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. You can nominate anyone — the person you nominate doesn't need to be an Australian resident themselves, but we can only ship the gift box to an Australian address.
- How to enter. Submit a nomination through our online form during the entry period. One nomination per person, per month.
- Entry period. Entries open on the 1st and close on the 20th of each calendar month. Late entries won't be counted.
- How the winner is chosen. One nomination is selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period. This is a random draw, not a judged competition.
- Winner notification. The nominator will be contacted by email. We'll also do our best to reach the person nominated, to confirm they're happy to receive the gift and to arrange delivery. If we can't reach the nominated recipient within a reasonable time, or they'd prefer not to receive it, we may choose another entry at our discretion.
- The prize. One Thinking of You Gift Box, shipped within Australia, valued at approximately $49.50AUS. The prize isn't transferable for cash or another product.
- Delivery. The gift box will ship the same week the winner is confirmed. We're not responsible for delays once it's with the courier.
- Sharing the story. With the recipient's permission, we may share their story (their words, and photos if provided) on our website, email, and social media. Nothing is shared without that permission, and the gift is sent either way.
- Everyone else. If you're not chosen, you'll still receive an email from us with a way to send a thoughtful gift to someone in your own life.
- Changes. We may need to change these conditions, pause, or end the project at any time. If we do, we'll update this page.
- Privacy. Any details you share with us are used only to run this project and stay in touch with you afterwards, in line with our privacy policy.
